Our 3-day festival camping ticket includes all apnea workshops, T-Shirt, raffle, cookout AND two nights of camping (Friday night and Saturday night). Our festival camping does NOT include water or electric hook-ups. Cabins & Boat slips are available for overnight boat camping.
Hontoon Island located on the St Johns River, is accessible by a park operated passenger only ferry or by private boat; the ferry service runs from 8am until 6:30pm. All cabins and tent sites are located 3/10 of a mile from the ferry dock. The island is accessible only by private boat or ferry; unload your belongings and hop in one of our vans and enjoy Freedive Fest!

Cabins & Marina sites are limited; Boat slips additional $50 & CABINS ARE SOLD OUT. Cabins accommodate up to 4 people; they are very rustic. Each cabin has a ceiling fan, overhead lighting, one electrical outlet, bunk beds (no linen), and a screen porch with table and chairs. Outside each cabin is a picnic table, water faucet and a ground grill suitable for cooking or a small campfire. All cabins are less than 30 yards to the restroom. Explore the park on a bicycle or hike the 3-mile roundtrip self-guided trail that begins at the Ranger Station and follows Dead River to the large Indian mound at the southwest corner of the island.
Go on an adventure around the island by canoe or kayak. Either may be rented at the Island Store, which also sells camping items, souvenirs, drinks and ice cream. Picnic tables and cooking grills are available. Largemouth bass, bluegills and speckled perch are good catches along the banks of the St. Johns River. Pets are permitted in designated areas only. Pets must be kept on a hand-held leash no longer than six feet and well behaved at all times.
Fishing and fires are allowed in designated areas only. A Florida fishing license may is required.

*If your group is getting a cabin ONLY one member of the group needs to register & pay for the cabin the ($175), others will just need a primitive camping pass ($75). So if a group of 4 splits a cabin it works out to $100/person.
*If your group is camping on a boat ONLY the vessel owner needs to register & pay for the boat ($125), other in the group will just need a primitive camping pass ($75).
Every diver must complete registration form below & are not registered till payment is made. Payments can be made through Venmo @Ryan_Rush or pay online, a 3% convivence fee will be applied if you do not wish to pay through Venmo.
