Bahamas Level 3 Freedive +Bluewater Spearfishing™ Course
Classroom sessions are conducted live via Zoom and hosted by Ryan Rush from the United States, covering all academic and theory components of the course.
All in-water and open water training sessions in the Bahamas are conducted in person on the island by local Bahamian instructor Brandon Cartwright. Ryan Rush will not be present on the island for in-water instruction.

- Three-Phase Training Program:
- Knowledge Development: Dive deep into nutrition, relaxation, and advanced breathing techniques using PADI Freediver eLearning, complemented by independent research.
- Confined Water Session: Sharpen your static and dynamic apnea skills, with a focus on achieving a static apnea of 3 minutes and 30 seconds and a dynamic apnea of 70 meters/230 feet.
- Open Water Sessions: Practice mouthfill equalization and engage in warm-up and workup dives for free immersion and constant weight freediving.
