Personal Apnea Training– Weeki Wachee, FL
Custom breath‑hold coaching in Spring country. Work one‑on‑one with a certified instructor at your choice of local training sites. Practice breath‑hold and relaxation drills at Hospital Hole, a spring accessible only by river SUP; just a 5–10-minute paddle to the training/dive site, where the cavern reaches about 140 ft. Challenge yourself at Buford Springs, a secluded sinkhole whose first bottom is around 80 ft deep, or hone your technique at Hudson Grotto, known for its training platforms at multiple depths. Personal Apnea Training is ideal for freedivers preparing for deeper dives or spearfishing hunts and can be tailored to your specific goals.

COURSES & EXCURSIONS Cancellation Policy
You can reschedule, but we’ve already committed. We have fees that we’ve committed to you, so if you need to change your dates there will be a $150 rescheduling fee to cover the costs associated with your spot in the course that we are not able to recuperate. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
